The 6-Week Spring Challenge is the jumpstart you need to get in the best shape possible by summer. A single kettlebell is the only equipment you’ll need to complete every one of the workouts provided. You’ll complete each of the workouts in less than 30 minutes, giving you more time to do the things that matter most to you!

You’ll be working with a certified personal trainer throughout the 6 weeks. Together you will create a game plan to make this the best summer of your life!

People love waiting until the last second to get in shape. I’m here to tell you that doing so only leads to frustration and money wasted on products that don’t work. If you have any desire to get in the best shape possible by the time summer roles around, then NOW is the time when you need to start hitting it hard. This 6-week challenge is the start to the summer body you want to achieve in 2019!

The only equipment you’ll need for this is a single kettlebell. No fancy gym memberships, no endless rows of machines you have no clue how to use, just a single kettlebell. You’ll have access to videos on each exercise, so no worries if you’re just starting out. As the cherry on top, all of your workouts will take less than 30 minutes to complete. That means less time waiting for equipment or driving to the gym, and more time to do that things that matter most to you!
