28-Day Boot Camp Challenge

Access to equipment is nearly non-existent at boot camp. That’s what this program mimics. You’ll rely entirely on your body weight for all the workouts. Don’t let this deceive you. There will be plenty of sweat! You’ll start and end with a fitness test to measure your improvements over the 28 days.

 

28-Day Fire/EMS Challenge

Firefighters and EMS personnel sometimes don’t have access to a whole lot of equipment. That’s certainly true when an entire shift is trying to work out at the same time. All it takes is a kettlebell to create a complete, full-body workout program. That’s all you will need for this program: A single kettlebell.

 

28-Day Police Challenge

Just like firefighters and EMS, police don’t have a whole lot of space, time, or access to a full gym. This challenge requires either a dumbbell or a kettlebell, either will work. Complete this challenge at the department, at home, or on the go.

 

28-Day SWAT / Spec Ops Challenge

Equipment Needed: Barbell and 2 Dumbbells

Working in special operations or with SWAT requires brute strength. This challenge contains a hearty mix of both strength and conditioning. We’re talking about lifting things, putting them down, and repeating. You will need a barbell and a pair of dumbbells to complete all of the exercises in this program.
