What to expect

We’ll start with an initial consultation to develop the fitness goals that matter most to you. Once your customized workout program is created, you’ll receive your workout for the day on your phone every morning. Forget about the days of writing everything down in a journal! I’ll create a series of assessments to measure your progress from month-to-month. We’ll hold 1-on-1 accountability calls to keep you committed and progressing toward your goals.
